United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties Announces Funding Allocations for 2025

United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties Board of Directors approved plans to distribute $533,275 in grants in south Wood and Adams Counties in 2025 during its board meeting May 8, 2024.

Programs that receive United Way funding must demonstrate they are making an impact in one of four strategy areas:  Education, Income, Health, and Safety Net Services.  United Way will be distributing $490,425 in south Wood County and $42,850 in Adams County.

United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties will raise these funds during its 2024 campaign this fall.  The United Way campaign runs from September 1st to October 31st, 2024.  2025 allocations are contingent on enough funds being raised this fall.
