Forget about cooking on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024; it’s United Way Day at McDonald’s!
On this day, a portion of each sale at the Wisconsin Rapids McDonald’s restaurant (2128 8th St. S, Wisconsin Rapids) will be donated to United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties. Help us reach that goal by enjoying a meal (or two or three) and don’t forget about treating co-workers and friends to a yummy snack too!
“This is the 52nd year for this annual event,” said Tari Jahns, United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties CEO. “Thanks to McDonald’s, over the years this event has raised $391,224 to help fund programs that focus on the building blocks of a better life: Education, Financial Stability, Health and Safety Net Services.”
Businesses and organizations who plan to place large orders are encouraged to call McDonald’s at 715-421-1680 and pre-order by September 24th, 2024. Those who pre-order will be assigned a pick-up time when their orders will be ready.
