United Way Campaign Kicks Off

United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties kicked off its 2024 campaign on September 1st, which will run until October 31st.  This year, our campaign chair is Shalina Wollschlager of Smurfit Westrock.

“I have been on the United Way board since 2017 having served as Vice President, President and now Campaign Chair.  United Way has always been very near and dear to my heart as I see all the good we do for our communities.  United Way makes a difference in many ways for so many individuals.”  Said Wollschlager.

“There are so many humbling experiences I have had while serving with United Way.  With a wide variety of programs and initiatives that offer food assistance to hungry families to helping those who endure domestic violence, truly every dollar helps and I ask for you to donate if you can.  Together we can make change!”
