Child MailboxWe all know the importance of early childhood development; but not all families have access to the tools or resources they need for their children to have a successful start to kindergarten. United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties’ Women United is committed to early grade literacy.  We’ve made Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library available to all families in the south Wood & Adams Counties – FREE of charge!

Women United supports and creates opportunities to build literacy skills, promote parent child interaction and instill the love of reading for a lifetime!  Each month Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library will provide an age-appropriate book for each child registered from birth to age 5, absolutely free to the family.

The Imagination Library mails high-quality books directly to the children’s homes each month.  If you have additional questions about Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, please email us at stefanie@uwswac.org.
