The South Wood County Homelessness Coalition created an infographic called “State of the Homeless: A Snapshot of Homelessness in South Wood County” to educate community members about the barriers that can be associated when trying to obtain housing. The document also provides information about community partners at the table for this work and resources available for those who may be facing this situation.
